COMPANY DEVELOPING PERIOD: FROM 2004 TO 2016
During the past 12 years, Candid insisted on original intention: specializing in various complete set of equipments exporting related to metal wires to help customers get the most local market share

When I was a under graduated student at the age of 21, I got an occasional opportunity to be in a state owned foreign trade company as a temporary typist. Until then I had a general idea of what foreign trade is. Afterwards, through my great effort in learning English and exporting relevant knowledge. I have no doubt that your hard work will, one day, pay off. Formally I began my foreign trade career one year later after entering into the sales department. What is always bear in my mind is that learning should keep enthusiasm all the time!
In the background at that time, the main popularizing way in foreign trade depended on fax and exhibition. Maybe only one in 100 companies who had established his own website. Therefore, I determined to grasp the great business opportunities and registered domain names, began to set up website and advertise on many platforms like Google and Yahoo. And the result was comforting, less than half year I obtained the first customer from Ghana who ordered nail making machine and wire drawing machine and until now we still keep a regular contact.
Since 1999, the first time I got connection with customer through the Internet, I began to realize the trend that Internet will take position of traditional trading mode. In order to help more overseas importer find better quality Chinese supplier, I chose to enter into "MeetChina.com" which was ahead of "Alibaba" at that time, mainly responsible for servicing foreign buyers and helping big enterprise like Walmart, Mitsubishi and Stanley find superior buyers.
I left previous state owned foreign trade corporation, the after-sale service at that time was not so perfect that my first customer from Ghana often inquiry about machine running through internet. To feedback the trust of customer and solve his questions, I spent much spare time study in the factory, covering the understanding of machinery, maintenance, and the whole service system, which laid a solid foundation for setting up my own company later. I did not think too much, we appreciated customer chose us and must try our best to live up to this trust. In 2002, I left "MeetChina.com" and set foot on the hard journey of starting my own company.
In 2003, SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) occurred, the outlook of foreign trade is very gloomy and I was also lingering in the lowest point of my career. At this time I was confronted with difficult decisions: to find a job make a living or continue the tough entrepreneurship.
Afterwards, SARS was under control, customers whom has been negotiated for a long time on the internet finally determined to pay a visit to us. Owe to my effort and full preparation, fortunately this Tunisia customer and I reached deep cooperation within 2 weeks and signed a wire drawing machine purchase contract valued nearly$200,000. Depend on the drawings and body language, depend on my professional attitude, although one of them can't speak English and the other can't speak French, I successfully got the order.
This order further strengthened my determination of self entrepreneurship. So in 2004 I registered my own export company and the trademark CANDID, specializing in exporting of wire drawing machine, nail making machine and other metal wire processing equipments.
It is hard to respond and meet customer's needs timely if we are still pure trading company. Rely on many years good reputation, we reached deeper cooperation with our previous cooperated factory and became the share holder, which enabled us to serve our foreign customer more promptly and efficiently. And after several years practice, we have improved operation and administration ability which laid a solid foundation of company's development for the next stage.

Story of our first customer from Tunisia in 2004

My first customer from Tunisia ordered the first wire drawing production line from us in 2004, which I was appreciated for it let me earn my first bucket of gold for our company. Now their factory has expanded to five production lines, with annual sales turnover five times more than ten years ago. In September 2015, we were warmly invited to visit them. They were so generous that bear all the travel expense on their own account, and made the reservation for the next order-straight-line wire drawing machine.
We could see from this story, in terms of machine quality, the equipment we sold could supply 24 hours nonstop operation, as a result, customer gained profit and they felt grateful and will give you continuous order in the future.

Story of the equipment exported to Iran in 2007

The equipment we exported to Iran in 2007 was used for producing tri-ply wood. (It needs to fill in glue in the bonding process, the tri-ply wood will be orderly only if there's no deviation in filling the glue.) The product produced seems to have displacement and deviation problems while we dispatched first technician team for the commissioning, which cost a whole week but the problem were still unsettled. Continuously we sent the second technician team consists of different people, but remained a failure to find out the real problem. However, we never gave up. The third and last time when we dispatched our people, finally we succeeded in finding out the main reason. It's not the problem of the equipment, but caused by the wrong glue. No.32 is the appointed glue model that should be used, but the customer selected No.30 glue which had different drying rate and thus resulted in the discrepancy of cutting area.
We bear all the charges since sending the second technician team, though this was not the responsibility of our machine. Any problems occurred in machine operation, you could turn to us for help and solutions. That is always our concept.

Story of Peruvian customer since 2012

Our Peruvian customer ordered the first production line from us in 2012 with a value of ninety thousand dollars and because of the good running condition of our machines, they placed subsequent order for another two wire drawing production line, one welding machine production line and twenty-three sets nail making machine from us. This customer has manufactured wire products only for two to three years, currently their market share has accounted for 20% in Peru and Chile. At present, their company rose to the second largest wire products supplier in Peru. In June this year, we cooperated again in two complete welding net production line, the scale of this purchase was much bigger than before, with a value of $500000.00 and technically speaking, machines are all full automatic this time instead of previous manual operation. So far, this client has placed orders valued nearly a million.

Story of Gabion Machine exported to Thailand in 2015

The first time I received customer's inquiry was in Nov.2014. Shortly in Dec.2014 customer made the decision to visit our factory to discuss further based on our complete and professional proposal, prompt and detailed answer to their questions. During their visit, we made specific explanation towards all kinds of machine parts as well as the whole production flow. What's more, we showed them the running machine where they could check the machine working condition, which enabled our customer have a further understanding and also certainly greatly increase their trust to us. One month later after their return, they determined to proceed the purchase and signed contract with us. In Feb.2015, their down payment has been in our account and efficiently we finished machine production in March with good quality and in time. To ensure customer could operate machine more efficiently we even improved some parts of it, because of that we always bear the concept in our mind-responsible to customer. To our satisfactory, customer highly praised our CANDID machinery. From our communication, we realized that at the very beginning they inquired many suppliers and received more than 10 quotations. It is precisely because of our professionalism and service that they finally chose to cooperate with us. And there is a better news since our machinery running smoothly in their factory, they have received several large orders in succession and are planning to order next production line from us.
